Shipping and handling
Yayaa's Handtouch provides worldwide shipping for all offered products. We offer shipping cost prices accustomed to the weight range. That means that the shipping cost depend on the weight of the products.
Processing Time
Our wigs, bundles and lace pieces have a processing time is of 7 business days if not in stock. Processing time of other items or some options, please refer to the custom days on the product page. Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL or PostNL with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 - 5 business days. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Customs and Taxes
Yayaa's Handtouch is NOT responisble for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.Orders shipped to certain countries may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. Customs may require you to provide SSN and EIN. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.
Sign for Delivery
Yayaa's Handtouch always ships out packages for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order. It is your own responsibility to give us the correct shipping adress. We will not control if the giving adress by customer is correct. Also we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.
Tracking Number
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out after being processed.
What does processing time mean?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
Returns
All unopened, unused and unworn are items should be returned within 48 hours of receiving. The processing of a refund goes through a series of controls just like the payments made to us. This might take up to 9 business days.
Handling
All paying methods have their own processing time. When you make an order, the payment first goes through a series of security checks.
Klarna guarantees payment to the entrepreneur 5 days after an order has been shipped. Therefore you will receive a confirmation mail that your order has been prepared or shipped. After Klarna clears the payment, we will ship your item the same business day. If products are not in stock shipment will take 5-7 business days.
Ideal payments will be directly shipped the next business day if in stock if not processing times takes 5-7 business days.
Creditcard payments take up to 20 days to be approved before we receive a payment. This will make your processing and shipping process take up to 21 business days. Therefore if products are of interest sooner. Please chose other payment methode.
