Wig Construction & Modifications Policy

Our wig caps are designed with fixed sizing and patterns based on our standards.

Yayaa’s Handtouch is not responsible for fit issues caused by using measurements or charts from other sources. Changes, returns or refunds will not be accepted in case of an error on your part as wigs are custom made and cannot be exchanged.

Structural changes like resizing or altering the wig require complete reconstruction, which is labor-intensive and incurs extra costs. Complimentary adjustments are not available.

Regarding combs inside the wig:

If comb removal is requested but not processed, clients can remove it themselves by carefully cutting the stitches. This will not affect the wig’s construction.
